It smell is sweet.

Our groups talked about snack.


**Mayu Sugimoto
She talked about 'galbo'. Galbo has several kinds. She also talked about recipe of it.
Actually, I tried to make it! But I like galbo than made myself...
good point : She was talking while looking everyone.


**Chika Masuda
She talked about history of 'pocky'.
The origin of the name of Pocky is the onomatopoeia of when you break a stick.
good point : She showed us a picture of a hand-painted.


**Shion Kosaka
She talked about 'Gummy candy'. Gummy candy include many collagen.
However it also include many sugar.
 I like 'HARIBO' too! But I didn't know 'LAKRITZ SCHNECKEN'.
It's a gummy candy which is the most bad taste gummy candy. Somedy I try to eat it.

She talked about 'pocky'. There is a taste of the many kinds of it.
I didn't know that pocky of Thailand are using the chocolate has a high melting point.

I was surprising that koara no ma-chi is sell in USA, UK and Thailand.

There are 'potatoes tips', 'jagariko'  'jagabee' and so on.
It is also sold in countries other than Japan.

My group talked about prefectural food.


・Natsmi Matsuda
contents : She talked about food of Nagasaki. There is famous for Kasutera and Chanpon. Many vegetables is on the Chanpon. So, it is very healthy food.
good point : Her voice level is good.

・Maria Iba
contents : She talked about food of Ushibuka. There is famous for Koppamochi, Bakudan and akamaki. Especially, I interested in Bakudan. It's egg is wrapped in fish paste. I want to eat it!
good point : She showed me pictures.


・Mayumi Oki
contents : She talked about food of Hyogo. There is famous for Kobe beaf and Kobe pudding. Kobe pudding is more expensive than usual pudding. It's one thousand en in four pieces.
good point : She had been using the gesture.


・Yuri Okumura
contents : She talked about food of Kumamoto. There is famous for Karashirenkon and Basashi. Basashi is  sashimi of horse meat. Usualy we don't horse, but it is very delicious.

contents : She talked about food of fukuoka. There is famous for Hakata ramen. It soup is pig bone base. Feature of Hakata ramen is thin noodles.
good point : Her voice is good.

contents : She talked about food of Fukuoka. There is famous for Torimon, Menbei, Rusk and Nanbanorai. These are known to souvenir.
good point : Her voice is good.

・Yuria Hamada
contents : She talked about food of Kumamoto. There is famous for jindaiko and Musyagaeshi. These are selling for many years.

My groups topic is Japanese food as seen by foreigners.

・Ayame Sirakawa
She talked about Japanese confectionery.
Foreigners dislike "anko", because they usualy don't use sugar for a bean.
But they like rice cracker Japanese say "osenbei"
Good point : Her voice was big. So it was easy to hear.

She talked about "Okonomiyaki".
Because its recipe is so easy, foreigners likes it.
But foreigners don't like small pieces of bonito.

She talked about the japanese food for foreigner to hate.
"Natto" is stink. Bloefish have a poison. "Sashimi" is raw fish.
So they seem weak.
